On the problems of legal regulation of digitalization of social and economic systems of the Kyrgyz Republic

In recent years, digital technologies have been actively introduced into all sectors of the national economy in Kyrgyzstan, including the country's agriculture, which opens up new opportunities to improve the productivity and sustainability of the agricultural sector. But this process also gives rise to serious legal problems that require a comprehensive analysis and adaptation of laws. This work is aimed at studying the problems of legal regulation associated with the digitalization of agriculture in Kyrgyzstan. The analysis identified key aspects that require close attention: protection of personal data, liability for errors and failures in systems, intellectual property issues, and compliance with quality standards for products obtained using digital technologies. The development of new norms and rules can try to strengthen the protection of the rights of agricultural market participants, increase the competitiveness of the sector and ensure its sustainability in a rapidly changing technological landscape
