Strategic management financial of organizations

The article examines the roles and significance of financial strategy in the formation of the overall strategy of the organization, and identifies the principles and factors of the financial strategy of the enterprise. Based on the disclosure of the essential and organizational characteristics of strategic financial management, as well as comprehensively taking into account the financial capabilities of enterprises and objectively assessing the nature of external and internal factors, the financial strategy ensures that the financial and economic capabilities of the enterprise correspond to the conditions prevailing in the market. The financial management strategy involves determining long-term goals for financial activities and choosing the most effective ways to achieve them
