Economic aspects of the problems of use of water resources of Kyrgyzstan in land irrigation and some ways for its solution

The article discusses modern aspects of economic problems in the use of water resources in Kyrgyzstan. The state of water resources and its impact on irrigation of agricultural lands is analyzed; problems caused in irrigation due to reasons caused by the inappropriate state of the country's irrigation networks are also touched upon. Based on analytical conclusions, the necessary methods are proposed to improve the use of water resources for irrigation of agricultural lands, as well as ways to introduce new and restructure existing irrigation networks. In addition, some ways to solve the problems of using water resources intended for irrigation through the rationalization of water use, as well as through the search and allocation of financial resources, are considered. In addition, methods such as public education, the use of international experience, the introduction of drip irrigation, etc. рave been proposed to improve water use
