Some aspects of the implementation of Islamic principles for the rational use of land resources in Kyrgyzstan

This article reveals some problems of land use in Kyrgyzstan, the solution of which is proposed through the application of Islamic principles. The rational use of natural resources, including land, requires the use of various methods and approaches, where special attention should be paid to the mechanisms of the Islamic principle, which are more effective for our specifics. The article reveals approaches that should positively affect the effectiveness of achieving final results when applying and observing certain mechanisms based on Islamic principles of land use, taking into account the peculiarities of the Kyrgyz Republic. A detailed description of the state of use of land resources and the positive results of their use based on the methods of the Islamic principle, taking into account the behavior of land users on the one hand and, on the other, possible support from state authorities, is given
