Innovation strategies as a factor of stable development of organizations

The article substantiates the essence of the innovative development strategy. The classification of innovative development strategies is considered. Based on the conducted research, the authors proposed a general description of the types of innovation strategy. The developed types of innovative development strategies make it possible to determine the overall competitiveness coefficient, which provides the ability to rank organizations, identify strengths and weaknesses in the process of their functioning related to the implementation of innovative activities, taking into account the introduction of various types of innovations. The relationship between innovation strategies is shown. The characteristics of the directions of innovation strategy in the structure of strategic management of an enterprise are revealed
