Objectives of the innovative approach in the use of labor resources in the sphere of entrepreneurship

The article deals with the issues of innovative approach in the process of using labor resources in entrepreneurial activity. The role of the policy of efficiency and sustainability of business structures in active production and innovation activities, in stabilizing the labor market through the creation of new jobs and employment expansion is determined. The analysis of the state of activity of small and medium-sized businesses in terms of the main economic indicators was carried out. The role of mirror reflection of the effective use of labor resources on the effective functioning of entrepreneurship is revealed; the importance of an innovative approach to the management of labor resources in improving the competitiveness of business structures
