Optimization of the processes of formation and development of labor resources in business structures

This article discusses the processes of formation and development of labor resources in business structures. The role of labor resources in interaction with the economic activity of entrepreneurship in Kyrgyzstan is determined. The main role of a person in production, as carriers of labor morality, knowledge and value systems, creative and innovative abilities, is revealed. A phased assessment of the processes of formation and development of labor resources in the conditions of the regional economy is given. Ways of optimizing the management of labor resources are proposed, taking into account the regional characteristics of the republic
